As snowbirds it is great to find the hidden gems along our way to Yuma. North Shore Inn is a great place to stay. The friendly staff and the clean and comfortable room in a picturesque setting of the Valley of Fire. CABLP restaurant is great. Will stay there again on next year’s trip south.

No Hot Water
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only disappointment was no hot water. I like to soak in a tub after a long day of hiking. The "hot" water was barely warm, at best, even after running enough to fill the tub. The room was OK, it was clean, but it's obviously been a number of decades since anything was updated. the carpet in the hallway maybe.

The North Shore is a great hotel In a quiet area but still within a reasonable driving distance of tourist attractions. I would recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Vegas but wanting to stay outside of the city area .

Clean, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately walls are not well insulated and conversations can be heard from adjacent rooms. Nice breakfast. Washer & dryer on ground floor were a nice bonus.
