We stayed at Hyatt Krakow for 4 nights in August 2024. Hotel is fairly well located - it’s a short tram ride into the old town or a cheap 10min Uber (about £4.50 each way). The hotel still feels very new; rooms were nicely designed and comfortable and had nice air conditioning for the summer heat.
Breakfast at the hotel was incredibly busy and chaotic with too many people in a very small space - felt like a school canteen. If you want a relaxing stay, this hotel is not the one. Similarly, our 6th floor room’s neighbouring rooms were very loud constantly, with people crashing about constantly, screaming at each other and children(!) running up and down the corridors well into the early hours. A lot of families seemed to let their kids just run around including between rooms, slamming doors or shouting at each other.
The hotel is smart, it’s well located for airport and travel to the town but it was let down by its really chaotic feel and loud environments, with staff seemingly not wanting to intervene.
