There's nothing like watching a beautiful sunrise with someone you love right from the front porch overlooking the Matanzas River. Take the stairs and walkway to easily access the crystal waters of the Atlantic, then spend the day building sandcastles and taking long, romantic walks along the shoreline. Afterward, come back to pull a cold bottle from the wet bar's wine fridge and share a glass with old friends. You can head out to the covered porch, savor the spectacular views in an Adirondack chair on the deck, or hang out in the family room to watch a good movie or show on the TV. Remote workers and students will love using the family room table as a workspace to handle those last-minute projects via the free WiFi. You can always pull a book from the private library to enjoy a quiet read on a lazy afternoon. Head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal. You'll find a walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, a center prep island, a beverage drawer, and quartz countertops. The breakfast bar has four stools, and there is seating for eight at the expandable dining table. You can also enjoy an alfresco meal on the deck furniture. Downstairs, the garage is a separate 1,500-square-foot living space with a private workspace, a kitchenette, and an entertainment area boasting a TV, lots of games, and plenty of comfy furniture, a great place for older kids who want a bit of privacy. Use the private gas grill to host those fun summer barbecues, and don't forget to take advantage of the provided beach gear. When evening falls, you can enjoy a bit of stargazing with the telescope. The home's washer/dryer will ensure everyone looks their best during your stay, and an elevator for up to three people adds convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
