For a short budget stay this may work but beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was bare minimum quality for what Italy can offer. The hotel has seen its hayday, but not in its current state, with significant decline from when it got all those Trip Advisor ratings....

Cannot fault the hotel . Comfortable room and bed, clean. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking We ate in a restaurant across the road which was great. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Gluten-free breakfast options were very good, we had a basket of bread, croissants etc every morning. Free bike hire was really useful. Room was a bit dated but clean and tidy. Area around the hotel was nice and quiet, in walking distance from shops and restaurants. About a 30 minute walk to the beautiful old town.

This was an awesome hotel, located in an area that was ease of access to the local shops, ease of access either by car or a half hour walk to the town of Sirmione. The hotel offers complimentary bikes to get around the town, as it can get quite busy with the tourist buses. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was great, the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, hope to come back one day .
