They made me change rooms 3 times. First room was completely destroyed. Second room was not clean from previous person that stayed. Third room was not what I reserved. They told me that's all they had. Bed sheets were dirty. Room smells was musty. Extremely disappointed. I would of left but there were no hotels Available somewhere else. I should be getting a full refund.

Quality Inn at Statesboro was terrible. The ceiling was falling apart, there were gnats in the room, they booked another couple in the same room as me and then laughed about it, thinking it was funny. Negative 10 out of 10.

This place was awful, it was not clean. Dirty walls,doors,floors,bathroom counter had toothpaste on it. I have never seen a room so filthy. I would have moved but with the hurricane there were o rooms. At che k out the desk clerk had the nerve to say if there were no damages we wpuld get our deposit back,the whole room was damaged. Holes in the walls,water stains on the ceiling along with many ma y cobwebs. washcloths on the floor, walls

The room I had had a hole in the ceiling & gnats coming from a fake plant that had actual water in it. The room’s towels & cloths could’ve been cleaner than they were I’m not sure if they were using bleach on them or not but spot from pass usage were visible, holes were in the sheets as well. Overall the room could’ve been cleaner & better maintained

The staff was arguing with eachother at check in. It was unsafe to pull around back and patrons were outside eyeing us as we walked to the room. As soon as we entered there was a roach and lizard. We walked out and left, didnt even check out because i dont think the staff would have cared. Also, since it was a 3rd party booking, they had already been paid. Statesboro is making a killing off of parents trying to visit their kids.
