If you value honesty, transparency, and basic decency — stay FAR away from this hotel.
I booked and paid in full for 5 nights in advance. Upon check-in, the front desk agent casually told me that my card was “just needed for incidentals” — a flat-out lie. I was then charged AGAIN for the full 5-night stay without my consent or knowledge.
When I brought it to their attention, the staff suddenly became dismissive and evasive. I was met with excuses, empty apologies, and zero accountability. No urgency to correct their mistake. No manager available. Just a shady shuffle of responsibility.
This is not just a billing error — it’s deception.
Double-charging a guest and lying about it is theft, plain and simple. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and I’ve never experienced such a blatant scam.
Save yourself the stress, the financial headache, and the disappointment. There are honest hotels that deserve your business. This one absolutely does not.
