King bed wasn’t a king but twin beds pushed together. Looked nothing like the photos. No room outside the tent to even put a table out. Tent is directly on ground. Glad I went before the rainy season started. Will not be going there again.

Amazing Time at Olympic Glamping
My partner and I had a wonderful time at Olympic Glamping! It was truly an authentic experience, staying within the forest and feeling like part of nature. The communication and location was amazing! We will be back!

Relatively new cutout in the woods. Everything is fairly new. It meets minimum needs. The site isn't very level, but it's a work in process.

No water in the bathrooms, spiders inside our tent, and noise from the motorcycle getting there at midnight. No lighting this makes it very difficult for older people who have to go use the bathroom at night or early morning, I witnessed a woman fall from the stairs to the bathroom very hard on her face from missing the 2 steps as she was exiting the bathroom. They should also have a no pet policy a dog bark all night,

Nice way to spend a night outdoors in comfort. Should have sent customer a list of what to bring, like towels and bug spray. A few glitches: Battery lantern went out 30 min after turned on, no fire ring or flat space to set up a camp stove or cook or eat.

NOT glamping, it's just regular camping.
This was not a glamping experience, but false advertising. The tent was dirty and tiny. The bathroom was a portopotty surrounded by trash and car parts. The pictures of the tent were a complete lie - no decor as shown, cots were cheap and flimsy, tent was not water proof (crazy in the olympic peninsula where it rains constantly!). There is no shower even though they said that they have a shower. This whole place is a scam. It's just regular camping, no "glam" at all in this glamping.

The property is VERY hard to find. A small sign at the entrance would have made it so much easier. The entrance is marked only with red reflectors. The bathrooms were far from our campsite and shower water was freezing. We did manage to stay dry as it rained the last day.

A sparten glamping experience
Very simple property. The lantern on the front of our tent had no batteries. There's community toilets and showers. Tent decor is sparten. Looks like the property and roads were just recently cleared.

Worst bathrooms and the site doesn’t look like how it’s shown on the photos.. branches of trees are almost leaning on the tent. It’s not a glamping site when it’s fully covered under the trees. Not recommended

I wouldn't call this "glamping". Yes, you'll have a tent (on the ground, no platrform, or even carpets on the floor), bed and a couple of chairs with a couple of small tables. But, there's no outdoors equipment, even a simple fire pit would be fine, but there's nothing. Yes, they have toilets and showers, but there's no hot water. Who wants a cold shower when it's pretty chill outside? To me, I would say it's like a slightly elevated level of a basic camp. It's pretty dark in the woods, even during the day. I've heard someone making noise like a dog while I was inside the tent, someone looking for food, but that wasn't a dog. Our stay was highlighted with spotting an owl in a very close distance, that was really amazing. But we definitely would not come back to this camp or recommend it to anyone else. Oh, and on top of everything, when we asked about fires policy, the host said "Yeah, go ahead, just enjoy" even though we found out there was a fire ban for the entire Olympic National Park and forest. So no, don't recommend.

Ok I hate to leave less than stellar reviews but I feel expectations were not met. First the good: communications were excellent, tent was clean, bed was comfy, sheets were lovely. The forest is nice. But, 1) the roads are all dirt which was fine as it was dry, but at the first rain the site is going to be mud, seems like you’d want to gravel them. 2) IMHO the tent sites should be flat and level so that the chairs and tables are stable. 3) mostly tho, the pictures online show the tents really nicely furnished with colorful pillows, furry throws etc but ours were pretty plain with none of that. I just think the pictures online should match what you get.

Just be prepared
I read reviews so i knew what i was getting into. It's a camp spot in very thick woods. Bring a lantern or flashlight. Our teepee had a bed, 2 chairs and tv tray. A table would be nice but we survived. Find the place in the daylight. There is no way we could see the small wooden stakes with our campsite number on them in the dark. The biggest surprise was the bed was super comfy! We brought extra blankets and pillows but we slept like babies. Come prepared and you'll be good. Come expecting a 5 start resort with little kids, you'll be disappointed.

The property will be acceptable if the address provided will be the correct one,if the directions will be provided as promised 24hrs before , if the lodging will be available for all booked travelers, and the tent accessible for older adults. None of it happened. All of it was promised, expected. Huge disappointment. Also , headache with receiving reimbursement. will never book thru Expedia again, will also not use that camping ground.

Beds were cute and comfortable, like really comfortable. The area was beautiful, and the tents are tucked in so beautifully. The real killer for us was no lighting. We were provided 2 tiny lamps that only lasted about 45min before they shut off and 1 mini flashlight. There are small solar power lights lining the campsite but with the tree cover there’s no real way for them to charge. There’s also nothing really to do except sit quietly in a poorly lit tent and a table that will fall over with nothing on it. So no lights, no picnic table, nothing to do around except sleep and stare at the trees. I understand what startup is, but you’ve had over a year to figure out the lighting situation across multiple properties and have been made aware before. Maybe a string of twinkle lights along the path or something, anything. We ultimately ended up using it as a rest stop and left before it got too dark. This showed us we are not tent campers for sure, but we understand basic comforts. No one is on site to help with anything, no locks, no map was provided. I’m sorry but there ARE things you can do at this point.

After ready other reviews...Yes, the tents aren't as nice as the photos, but that's how it always is. Yes, it is a bit challenging to find the driveway. Follow the directions they give you, don't put it in the GPS. You'll end up at Granny's Cafe, where you definitely need to eat! It was the perfect way to camp. I didn't have to pack, set up or break down a tent. I didn't have to sleep on the ground (the cots are pretty comfy for camping!) If you just need an inexpensive, low effort place to sleep so you can explore the area, this is perfect.

stay away!
took some time to think about how i wanted to approach this. we knew beforehand that they had probably opened before they were ready and some of the reviews sounded like people who'd never seen a bug before. we are seasoned campers and brought a lot of our own gear. it was still miserable and feel totally ripped off. this place is extremely unsafe. we have both studied forestry and forest ecology. someone bought an old clearcut and stuck some cheap tents wherever one might fit with little more intent than collecting money. it is not a healthy forest. there is barely enough space cleared for the tents, let alone a safe fire break. if a fast moving fire comes through there, people will die. did notice a tiny fire extinguisher attached to a tree next to the car path. the tent we were in was cheap with little ventilation and in no way level. our day at sol duc might as well not have happened because both our backs hurt so bad from the bed. the bedding was comfy anyway. also, the tents were not on a platform so the canvas was directly on the ground. wonder how long mildew takes to grow underneath in the damp olympics? apparently people build fires directly on the ground with no rings and they were still selling wood during a burn ban. we couldn't find anything resembling a picnic area where we might cook our food. four steps with no handrail to access the toilets. can't even imagine what a mess it is here during rainy periods. unsafe and nothing i would consider "glamping"
