Very rude staff member Sanju, said Expedia paid them less than one nightly rate for my 2 nights stay.
Totally unsatisfied with Expedias communication process and the hotels inability to receive digital payment offered to them by Erica from Expedia.
I spent my 2 nights disputing with Expedia regarding this issue and it was still not resolved by the time I checked out. Also, I don’t understand why Expedia is listing this as a hotel for its clients, this location is a banquet hall where they host parties throughout the week . Very noisy and other hotel clients have no respect for foreign travellers. I had to constantly call the night staff between 2 - 4 AM to silence the noise in the next room.
Very annoying and very uncomfortable stay for 2 nights
