Nothing to add that you will find in other reviews. Had a great stay but..….check and check again about the payment of the invoice. First time I have booked with Expedia and my contract gave me a cost in euros and the conversion rate in sterling. Nothing too complicated about that, however when the final cost was taken from my account it included an "Exchange Rate Mark-Up of 4.75%" I have queried this with the Hotel and Expedia and they show no interest other than telling me it's not their concern. I tried to pay the total amount quoted before I stayed but it was not allowed. Clearly, based on the experience with this hotel (and Expedia) they are now on my black list. The "Retail Dispute Team" of my bank have withheld the payment and tell me that this is "wrong" and it will be sorted. We all spend time abroad, in Hotels, and generally without this problem. I say again "CHECK & CHECK" again because this is a one-off that I have not experienced before and if it happens to you far too much time will be needed fighting your corner
