Very comfortable beds, a large room with a great view, and a nice shower. Front desk service was nice, although not particularly warm. Elevator had some issues, so we ended up taking the stairs once after a long wait. Overall a great location and experience.

Very good location in New York and convenient to Chelsea. The check-in staff was friendly. The downsides were that only two out of three elevators were functioning and the heater in our room did not work, which made the mornings really cold.

As New Yorkers who never have a need to stay in a hotel in New York, this was a rare splurge on our wedding night. Aloft New York Chelsea is centrally located to various means of public transportation, as well as restaurants, bars, and cafes. It was clean and modern with a friendly accommodating staff.
