Não ficamos satisfeitos

Achamos o quarto mais simples que nas fotos. O café da manhã além de ter um serviço muito cedo, termina às 9hs, é muito simples, principalmente se avaliarmos o preço da estadia, não vale o preço que cobram.

Descrições dos quartos não condiz com a realidade.

Foram reservados 4 quartos exatamente iguais para 4 casais de amigos. Somente um quarto era amplo com ar condicionado silencioso. Outros 3 quartos eram minúsculos, bem diferentes da descrição. O pior era a cama que na descrição indicava ser de tamanho king site. Na realidade era de tamanho casal normal com a borda do colchão já meio deformada, tanto que ao virar durante a noite acabei caindo da cama. Muitos pernilongos entrando pelas frestas da porta da sacada não fechavam direito e ar condicionado barulhento também são os pontos negativos. Nem os repelentes estavam dando conta. O atendimento dos rapazes que foram atenciosos merece pontos positivos.
