Stay here and enjoy!

The staff was most accommodating. The people at the front desk spoke excellent English, which was very much appreciated. The hotel is small, and we received cheerful, individualized attention. Breakfast was ample, varied and delicious. I recommend it without reservation.

Great experience!

Wow- this hotel really stands out from the rest with its exceptional customer service. I was traveling with a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Believe all the reviews- this place is wonderful. We had to leave early and they even opened the breakfast buffet a little in advance. Rooms were clean and the lobby is charming.

Excellent service

This is a customer-friendly hotel in a great location. It was a short walk to the old town, Charles Bridge, and other must-see places. They also offered one complimentary ride per stay, so we used it to go to Prague Castle. When you returned to the hotel, they always greeted you and offered wine, coffee, tea, or other beverages. Breakfast is also included, and it was one of the better breakfast selections I've had in Europe.

Séjour de 3 jours à Prague

Excellent séjour à la résidence Agnès. Personnel super accueillant. Probablement l’un des meilleurs services que nous ayions jamais eu dans un hôtel et nous voyageons beaucoup depuis 30 ans. Personnel attentionné, service personnalisé. De nombreux services sont proposés gratuitement (boisson, accompagnement à la gare, …). Ultra professionnel. Le lieu est beau, la chambre petite mais suffisante et très confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon emplacement car tous les principaux sites peuvent être rejoints à pieds ou en transport en commun.

Wir hatten das Glück schon mehrfach im Hotel Agnes gastieren zu können und können mit ruhigem Gewissen sagen das man in Prag nirgendwo soviel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit erfährt. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und es gibt dort keinen Angestellten der Dir nicht die Wünsche von den Augen abließt. Für uns steht fest, wenn Prag dann Agnes. Dank ab all die lieben Menschen die dort tätig sind.

My fiancé and I are still in awe of this hotel. It is the BEST hotel to exist - not only because of the actual hotel itself, but the customer service is unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff make you feel like family and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We got engaged while staying at this hotel and they made us feel so loved. I will rave about this hotel for the rest of my life - we are in love with Hotel Agnes and will be back again. The staff have become like family and we feel so grateful to have had stayed here for such a monumental event in our lives. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! It is a GEM of a place and please please book this hotel if you want to enhance your stay in Prague.

Oh my. Fabulous small hotel. Staff could not do enough for the guests. I would return in a New York minute. So close to Old Town Square & many excellent restaurants. Manager Victoria guided us to perfect tours- really went out of her way to assist. Frank & the 2nd Frank drove us to sites and to the airport. They offered!!!! Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. Delicious and relaxing. If you go to Prague please stay here.

An amazing gem in Prague!

Amazing! I travel a lot and have to say I’ve never experienced the extraordinary hospitality and customer service anywhere else like I have at Hotel Agnes. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated like family. They will help you plan your day and assist with reservations to amazing restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located, clean, comfortable, and I will recommend it to everyone and plan to return. Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel!

The service at this hotel was impeccable. By far the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and always went above and beyond! Every time I returned from an outing they would greet me and offer me a drink . On the morning I was leaving they not only arranged my transportation but made me a sandwich and fruit to take with me. I highly recommend this place!

Our second stay at Residence Agnes. This is without a doubt the best hotel in Prague if not all of Europe. The owner ( Frank) and his entire staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible visit. I would not consider staying anywhere else!

The warm and welcoming nature of the staff makes this hotel a lovely place to stay in Prague. It’s not so big and not a larger group type place to stay. Quiet, cosey and homely after being out walking the city all day!
