Trash Hotel
No hot water when you try to take a shower or bath. The water was lukewarm throughout my stay. Only cold water comes out of the sink no hot water. The air conditioning unit only blows out cool air even when you turn on the heat and set the temperature to 80 degrees. Towel and wash cloth is rough on your skin. They need to used fabric softener to make it soft. All these issues I told management but my issues never got resolved. To be honest this is a trash placed. The worst experience I ever had. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there at all. FYI I was in room 213 when I stay on 02/14/2025 to 02/17/2025. Stay at your own risk don’t say I didn’t warn you about the condition of the hotel and my experience. I would have stayed somewhere else but it was Valentine’s weekend for us and plus we came from out of town. Remember this is a trash place spend your money somewhere else that you can be happy and comfortable. Warning DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the attendant has an attitude when I asked for more pillows. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it ..there was a broken piece of the wall in the bathroom, the tissue holder was also broken. It's just really run down.. however the breakfast was clean and good

Pet Friendly? Nope
They advertised as Pet Friendly on Hotels.com, but they were NOT. There is NO place for your dog to do their business, the back parking lot is scary and the grass along the edge is messy and on a hill, which prevents the dog from going there. The room was marginally OK, not at all like the pictures. I had a hard time finding the place due to the road construction (not the hotel's fault).

Horrible stay
This hotel was horrible. Everything is in the room needs maintenance and repair. I really mean it. Horrible breakfast and customer service. Bathrooms smells very bad. They say it’s smoke free room but bathrooms smells like hell with weed and cigars.

Remodled crappy hotel
Outdoor entry, not well insulated. Was noisy with doors slamming all night and there was a drive by shooting. On top of it all housekeeping stole a watch and ipad from the room.

Showerhead did not work properly. It was leaking towels were dirty people in the other room almost put a hole through our wall arguing Hispanic people of course. Management do a damn thing for anybody. Would never stay there again

Okay Stay
The gentlemen who checked us in, and came to the room the look at the TV that was not working (which prompted a move to a different room) was very friendly and helpful. The lack of available breakfast items was disappointing.

I was terrified of staying here. I did not feel safe at all. I wanted to forfit my $100 but my husband said we would be fine. Which we were, but I would not stay here alone or with my children ever!!!

One night
Chain lock was missing. Only way to lock door was deadbolt. I felt safe only because I had my dogs with me. Bathroom door would not close completely. Chair was missing 2 wheels. TV Remote would not work. Manager did come down and replace it. Online it said two dogs available. At counter was told only one, but did allow both to stay.
