Hotel with Toyota Car Rental office
The hotel definitely very well maintained.
Our family stay here 14 yrs ago when we first visited Sapporo, more than a decade later, we revisit the same hotel. Everything is as new. Breakfast is superb with lots of selection. A 8 min walk to Sapporo JR & near to major shopping and restaurant, are selling points. Another plus point is the Toyota rental car office is within hotel premises, hence the pickup & return is really a breeze.

Excellent b.fast & walking distance to JR
The breakfast is excellent, lots of local Hokkaido dishes & food. Walking distance to JR station. Further more for those who prefer to self drive, there is a Toyota rental car centre within the hotel premises, hence for pick up & return, it is a breeze

Ok
Clean and comfortable. But noisy. Thin walls. We had a Japanese family with kids next to us that made noise until 1am three nights in a row. Unpleasant.

Our room is on high floor and facing the trains track which is quite cool and it is not noisy at all. From Sapporo station to hotel is about 7-10 mins walk. Nearby attractions - Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower etc

The hotel was fine... just a little out of the way. Ice machines were hard to find and sometimes out of buckets.

Booked a superior large twin room, room was clean and kept well, the bathroom had a separate powder area, which was greatly appreciated. Great breakfast option at the hotel as well, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Right beside the hotel was the Toyota Rent a Car facility, which was very easy for us to travel out into other parts of Hokkaido when we eventually checked out. Overall, helpful staff.

Hotel room is a bit old and the bathroom could use an upgrade. However it was very clean and the location was very convenient. Just a few blocks from a Sapporo Station and there is a 7-Eleven directly across the street. Too bad gym charges a few 3000 yen per visit so we did not use it at all. I would stay there again because of the service. The concierge was amazing and helped us out a lot from transportation and dinners to tour reservations and confirmations. Really appreciate them. Made a difference to our trip. Japan is still very old school and many things still works best with a phone call by a native speaker.

Nice place, excellent staff, good walkable location.
The space was a little tight, no drawer space.
There was about a 2” step up to the bathroom which seems insignificant but when not used to it it almost caused tripping.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Check in timing is 3pm and we came early. They did the check in and helped us (family of 6 adults) to keep our luggages to the assigned rooms. Room cleaning was excellent. The best is Toyota rental south exit is located beside the hotel. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. The only thing is the breakfast buffet. The waiter and waitresses seem to focus on local guests. They took more than 5 mins to clear the plates. We seated straight near the window where a lot of guests passes by. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect. The north exit bus stop provided shuttle bus (Chuo bus) at 1300 yen to New chitose domestic terminal.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Tried to offer tips but they refused. Helpfulness was part of their jobs which was unique.
