We stayed 6 nights and found ourselves COVERED in bedbugs I had an allergic reaction had to go to urgent care. Tossed out thousands of dollars worth of personal property and going on 5 days without a refund or any communication from the hotel.
We were there 7 days unable to use the pool once. Asked about a cleaner twice nothing was ever done.
