Elegant and luxurious stay
Casa Portuguesa was such a beautiful and elegant building, with lots of beautiful hardwood in the rooms, spacious storage and bathroom, and a private patio with a big french door. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. We loved the hot tub in the greenhouse and the pool to jump into to cool off! The location is perfect--on the edge of downtown, overlooking a park, just steps from good restaurants but far enough from the busy center to make driving and parking relatively easy. The level of luxury was fantastic, especially at such an affordable price point. We cannot wait to come back and explore more of the island from the comfort of Casa Portuguesa.

Estadia de 3, quarto muito grande e muito bonito, as paredes precisam de alguns retoques, o colchão podia ser de melhor qualidade, todos os dias acordava com dor de costas. What a lovely hotel and staff. We would certainly come again. Air conditioner included, free parking next to the hotel and good breakfast with local food. Pool and jacuzzi were on point. We didn’t see any bugs. Maybe a bit unsoundproofed walls but just a bit so the noise wasn’t a big trouble.
