We booked with a 3rd party hotel 3 weeks ago and were told the system was down and that they couldn’t honor our reservation. We had to purchase the room again out of pocket because the issue couldn’t be resolved by hotel and the 3rd party. Still waiting on a refund from that visit. We were told that we could get the room through holiday inn itself cheaper and were charged more than the original hotel fee. So upset and now all the phone numbers listed for said hotel are out of order. This has been going on for weeks now. No resolution. Do not book here. Hotels.com has told us they need to verify this before they can refund us and we’re still waiting for refund. Feels wrong. It’s been nearly a month and still no refund. I’ve called 6 times and spoke with multiple representatives. No help! I was a silver member for years but never again will I use this app or this specific hotel.
