Enjoyable Stay
Very nice hotel built in 1928. Everything was renewed, clean, and comfortable. We loved the antiques and we were fascinated by the original hand-operated elevator. (I'd only seen those in old movies.) The snack/breakfast bar on the third floor was available 24/7 and was well stocked with was of variety for a nice breakfast. The restaurant was crowded but the service and food were great. We will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Place
Great place to stay! Love the mix of old with new decor and feel. <3 The gentleman that checked us in moved us from one room to another because the TV wasn’t working. Very hospitable and kind of him! Will be staying here again in February. It’s close to WEC, which is great because we have to be at the horse park so early and, on occasion, during inclement weather.

Great little visit to history. The rooms are decorated and equipped in the period of the hotel. These are olde bed frames with bed stands and chairs. really a neat experience I would recommend a stay to take in the history.

We loved our suite. Even though it has been up graded for the betterment of the guest it still has so many antiques and older surroundings that makes it aged to perfection. Will recommend to anyone heading that way.

It was unique because of the 'old hotel' look/atmosphere but everything was up to date (except maybe the elevator, but usually there was a staff member to operate it if you needed a lift).

The staff was very welcoming , there is a beautiful charm to the proprty . The restaurant and bar was excellent , food was delicious . I recommend the bison burger 👍👍. There was live entertainment by Dumbfounded , great classic rock band .
