Amazing stay in one of the cabins. A sprinkling of snow made it all the more perfect and although the cabin was small, it was warm and comfortable. The gas log burner in the room was a joy.

The staff service was excellent. There was a problem with the heater in my cabin. They upgraded me to a larger cabin right away.

great, genuine and welcoming
Absolutely wonderful. If ‘authenticity’ was a hotel, it would be Tamarck Lodge. Nested in the wilderness, it is cosy and beautifully decorated. Expect a little noise as it is an old building (main building) but even the earplugs are provided. staff super hepful and welcoming

Lodge with 100 year old history
Lodge is in a beautiful location fronting the lake and lots of hiking/biking trails. While furnishings are dated and old, the cabin is clean and heater is a nice touch. We booked a room with private bath but got upgraded to a cabin which was a pleasant surprise. Although the drive up to the cabin is bit steep for our van :) Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay even just for the night and looking forward to come back.

Favourite place to stay in Mammoth
Lovely cozy hotel with a nice cabin feel. The lake next to it is just amazing and they have plenty of parking by the door. Love the hotel decor and the bear pattern blankets etc., the staff are also lovely! Only thing I missed was last time I stayed there was complimentary breakfast which we really enjoyed.

Very nice cabin. Concierge allowed for upgraded room. Stargazing was amazing from deck of cabin. View from cabin windows also amazing. Google states that the continental breakfast is complementary, however, I was charged for the continental breakfast.
