Our stay was good. I think some of the front desk staff could be more personable. The gentleman who checked us in had a rather flat affect. Not the warm and friendly welcome that the family next to us was receiving from the other male staff member. The staff in the marketplace and at Blossoms all of our days there was excellent. Super friendly, polite and playful with my children. The lifeguards at the slides need to stay off their phones. They are quite comfortable having full blown conversations with their friends, even on FaceTime. The family events like trivia and bingo, are so awesome to have. The lazy river and the grounds are very clean and kudos to the staff that maintains these grounds. We had an incident at Blossoms are last night. We had 3 to go orders and when we got back to our room, we noticed all 3 orders were wrong. I addressed the issue in the morning with a front desk staff member who sent me to concierge desk and Miss Amber at concierge was surprised I was sent there but she quickly went to get a supervisor/manager. His name was Jeff and quickly apologized for the meal issues and provided refund on my account. I think the new young staff need to be reminded that if they don't know the answer, to get a manager instead of erroneously send someone to concierge to simply not have to deal with the problem. Overall, still a nice stay and we will be back.
