The hotel is very nice and clean, with friendly staff, good breakfast and very well located (close to the subway and shopping center.
Late at night and early morning you can hear the subway but that is only a problem with you are a light sleeper.
I recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.

What a wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, the building secure and the staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Conveniently located a short walk from Hammersmith Station with just a quick ride into central London via the Piccadilly or District Line. We will be staying here again during our next visit to London. Would definitely recommend!

Nice staff, clean room and good breakfast. For the price and cleanliness I would have said excellent, but lacked some form of storage for valuables (passport etc). Wasn't available in the room or as a service via the reception. Then the food in the restaurant was a bit pricy for what was served. Apart from that - great!

The hotel’s location was excellent, only a 7-minute walk to the Piccadilly line, which made getting around very easy. We didn't interact with the staff much outside of breakfast, check-in, and check-out, but they were very friendly and helpful whenever we did. The room was spacious enough to have both a large and a small suitcase open at the same time. The bathroom was modern and clean. We paid extra for breakfast, and it was definitely worth it. Overall cleanliness was good, although there were some stains on the walls. I think that's acceptable, as most hotels probably don't deep-clean the walls every single time.
One thing to note is that because of the nearby tracks, you can hear trains passing. It didn't bother my wife and me at all, but if you are an extremely light sleeper, you might want to think twice.

What we loved was the convenience of being so close to the Hammersmith station. The room was also generous and efficient in space. The heat was absolutely quiet and the bathroom well vented (rare in hotels). Bed was comfortable. Would completely book for a future trip without hesitation!
