The studio apartment was located in a very convenient area, close to stadium, CN tower, Union Station and waterfront ferries. Restaurant, grocery, coffee shop, all just outside. We were able to walk the city very easily. Apartment was clean and offered an amazing view. The building is well secured and felt safe. It also offered great amenities for working out and a pool. Host was easy to work with as well. We would stay there again.

This is more about the owner,he contacted us as soon as our plane landed,that the room we were meant to stay in ,was damaged the night before,and would have to relocate us,offering different options,we settled on one and was very happy with what we got. I'd like to thank nd for helping with such prompt actions and making our stay most pleasurable.

Amazing trip! They updated us to the suite for no charge. They were good with communication and made it for a super easy trip for us. Will stay again with them in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous little unit with modern, luxe vibes and a killer view. It was so clean and nice. I don’t like that they have a cleaning fee, though. That should be included. That’s the only reason I won’t stay there again.

Great central location, walkable to all venues. Multiple dining and lounging options. $12 taxi to Billy Bishop and health appointments. Communications were excellent. Opportunity in linens, shower curtain, bedding and mattresses could use an upgrade, but they were OK. Recommend for your next TO vacation.

They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!

Although the Expedia ad did say it was an aparthotel, it could have been made clear this was a rental of an apartment and was definitely not a hotel in the conventional understanding of the word.

Great location

We came to town to see a show at the Scotia Bank Arena and this apartment was in the perfect location! Also great to get to Union Station and therefore many other locations around town. The apartment is a nice size, with a nice sitting area and desk and little kitchen. Perfect for 2 people. The check in was not ideal because we waited almost 25 minutes for someone to meet us and that made us late to meet friends - so maybe select a time to meet and you will have better luck.

The check-in process was unconventional. It would been okay, if the owner contacted us a day before not just one hour before the check-in time. In the end, it worked out. But the communication could be improved.

The property was nice, unfortunately the only reason I booked it was for the balcony. As we learned, not all the rooms have a balcony which was big disappointment. I feel this was not represented well on the site.
