We were visiting for bike week and this was my favorite place. Location and stay was excellent. I would recommend the hotel upgrade the kitchen appointments a bit. We will be back.

Clean room and linens. We rented the beach front room with a king and built in bunk beds for our children. It was perfect for us and our children loved it! So much to do as far as pools, lazy river, quick beach access. We weren’t there long enough to do everything but the 2 days we were it was simply perfect. We will be back!

It was beautiful and amazing I definitely would stay here again!! So many things there grills tables chairs swings hammocks play ground mini golf even if your teen says they are too old make them it’s fun lol pool tables other games hot tub a beautiful heated pool and 2 other pools I didn’t even go in it was a great time!!!! There’s soo much right there that’s just some of the things they have

The property was great lots of things to do and the beach was beautiful. A great place for families lots to do with children. The bad side was the room it was nothing like the pictures online. The door in the bathroom was broken and I couldn’t get out on the first day , the drawers in the chest wouldn’t shut and the key box had all kinds of paint and other stuff on it (it was nasty looking). It was an okay I’ll not go back because of the room.

Nice stay for the price and plenty to entertain the whole family on the property. Only downsides are the blankets are thin (but the bed is comfy) and there are no ice machines.

There was a mix up to my reservation and I spoke with someone on the phone to confirm our reservation and asked if we needed a room with the kitchen. I said yes that be great. When we got there we didn't have my two rooms side by side it a was a family vacation to celebrate my birthday. The front desk person was rude and I didn't enjoy that experience. I have booked with the sandpiper before and it was a better experience back then

Kids always enjoy this resort. Right on the beach, If you don't want an over crowded pool they have 3 and only one gets super packed. Staff is nice. Coffee at the ice cream shop on site is terrible so I'd skip that although ice cream is good. You really never have to leave the resort to enjoy a good beach vacation due to the being on the beach, pools, tiki bar and two restaurants to choose from plus the ice cream shop. The beds in our room was too firm for my preference but overall everything was clean. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and hair dryer.

376 Good as always. Bathroom too cold to shave however. So of the outside steps are not level & I hid my leg falling. Hairs were on the bathroom sink and toilet. Lights were on when we came in, I hope it was at least cleaned......

I have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years, and although the rooms have undergone some minor renovations, it remains an old hotel. The upside is that it offers direct beach access, a tiki bar, and several swimming pools. The staff, however, leaves much to be desired; they are not very friendly. The hotel itself is pet-friendly, but the beach is not—which is just crazy.

Family friendly and spring breakers too! We enjoyed all the pools and lazy river as well as the beach access and covience to get out to the water. The Tiki Bar was just right for ordering drinks for the beach. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom. We had a long balcony with a partial view facing east and it was enjoyable and we could see Pier Park Pier from our room. King size bed was soft and comfy and clean! We will return! Spring Breakers were wild though as they came in late and made lots of noise and even enjoyed playing "ding dong ditch" by banging on our door after hours and scaring us to death, but we laughed it off, never complained and said, "they are just having fun" and "we were teen/college kids on spring break once too" no worries! The lazy river was very nice and kid friendly. Front desk clerks were informative, nice, and eager to help. Lots of employees around the whole place working and keeping it clean, prepped and ready to go for current visitors and those coming next. Highly recommend!
