La propiedad, su piscina de “lady River”, el apartamento, todo muy agradable. Lo que me sorprendió fue lo sucio de los pisos, y es que al ser de color oscuro y no lisos, y seguramente, no limpiar como se debería, estaban realmente sucios. Puedo mostrarles prueba de ello. Si volvería a alquilar en el lugar, solo que los llamaría para que enviaran a alguien para solucionar esa situación.

Nice little stay

The place was nice and complex was quite. The kitchen was fully equipped. Although they came to clean early before our checknout time. Otherwise overall great and easy. Close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants and family entertainment

No keys in lockbox - door unlocked; keys left on the kitchen counter. No housekeeping from previous guests - dirty and unmade beds, trash overflowing, filthy bathrooms, and dirty towels. I ended up cleaning the whole apartment myself so we could stay. Had to wash the sheets that were not cleaned. We brought our own towels, so we didn’t wash them (they were still wet). They wanted to move me and my teenage daughter to a one-bedroom! Not happening - not sharing a bed with my daughter! “District Manager” doesn’t work weekends, but they give you his contact info to reach him. Still three days later, and still never heard from him. HORRIBLE!!!!!

We loved our stay. Very safe for me and my granddaughter. We loved the two pools and very close to HEB and everything else. Would definitely stay again. Apartment had everything you needed.

The property is located in a great area close to HEB and places to eat. We had a great place to park, and the apartment was easy to get to. Overall, it looked neat and clean, but the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot on the floor, my daughter's feet were filthy. The outside of the washing machine was dusty, and the lint filter in the dryer was full. The dishes did not seem to be thoroughly clean either. There were a couple of light bulbs that they should have changed. There was one out over the bar and another in the living room ceiling fan. The amenities were good to have, such as the washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, and dishes. The pool looked good as we had a view of the pool area from our apartment. We unfortunately did not get around to getting in the pool. It was crowded most of the time that we would have wanted to get in. Overall, it was a nice stay for my family, but I feel like whoever does the cleaning needs to do a better job.

dryer no working and no fix

The dryer didn't work and no paper towels. contacted the management about the problem the day we checked in and got the response "will fix next day". but nobody showed up until we left.

Das Appartment war wirklich in sehr guten Zustand, sauber und entsprechend der Beschreibung. Der Checkin war sehr schwierig, da alles nur Online möglich ist, und bei einer deutschen Telefonnummer die Information zur Vorgehensweise nicht ankommt. Musste dann alles direkt vor Ort telefonisch klären, hat mich ca. 1 Stunde gekostet.

The Apt is great and location was great for everything we wanted do. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and the pool was clean and very nice to be in. Will definitely stay here again if available.

The first unit was utterly disgusting. The sheets were filthy, and the fridge was filled with dead bugs. It was a horrifying and unpleasant experience. The second unit we were moved to was not much better. The sheets had small stains that we decided to ignore since it was already late and we didn’t want to move again. However, when we went to hang our clothes, we discovered that no hangers were provided. To make matters worse, the place smelled like cigarettes. We went to the balcony and found four cigarette buds. To top it all off, the towels were wet and stained. They were absolutely awful. Additionally, there was no information about the pool. I had to call to get access just to be able to enter, which should have been provided from the very beginning. After sending multiple emails and messages, no one seemed to care about our complaints. We had to go buy towels from HEB just to shower.

It was wonderful! It was quiet. Very clean, and we loved the pool! The only hardship was climbing those 3 flights of stairs, but I already k ew there was no elevator. Thank you again. We will return!

Great apartment. Very safe area. Fine for a single woman. Clean. Everything I needed was provided. Soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags. Beds are a bit older spring mattresses so a little worn but comfortable. My only complaint is that the sheets aren’t cotton so not breathable. I’d bring my own sheets next time. Everything else was great.
