Solo traveler. Very safe hotel. And very clean. U have put down thousand Thai balt as a deposit. It's very close to everything. You can pay 100 Thai balt from the airport bus shuttle . To get to the hotel. Saves u money.

Staff is very nice. Room isn't clean, left overs of hair from previous guests, towels are with stains. The shower is old and the sower tap is broken. Room opens with a mail box key, not giving you a sense of security. Walls are thin as well as the doors so every little sound is disturbing. The environment is not that bad. Definitely not recommended for any kind of stay.

The property is close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach, shops around the corner, bangla road a good 8 minute walk, mall 8 minute walk.. this property cleans your room everyday, provided 2 bottles of water daily and the shower and A/C work great.

The bedsheets were dirty, the shower wasn’t clean, the hot water didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work. They promised to move me to a room upstairs and forced me to stay in a room that I didn’t want to stay in. They were very rude, and the manager hung up in my face when I asked for a refund! Overall, it was a horrible experience, and Expedia didn’t have my back the way o though they would as a company. I want a full refund!

The bathroom need hangers to hanging the towels, it nice to have dresser cabinet but I afraid to hang wet towels it may ruin the cabinet The door need down to floor since it open little at bottom the bugs can get in the room or some noise from hallway you may heard or smell food if people bring food to their room

There was a particular front desk woman whom we found extremely rude, unhelpful and incompetent. It was like we inconvenienced her by staying in her hotel. When i requested extra pillows she argued that i had one and why did i need another. Paid for extra nights at the hotel and they kept losing our reservation. I stayed at LA CASA PATONG for a weekend, and its location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach! It was incredibly convenient to pop down for a swim or a stroll without needing transportation. Highlights: Beach Access: The beach was a few minutes away by foot, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Local Market: The hotel is within walking distance of the local market, where you can find local Thai products and unique items. There are also several excellent food shops and restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a nice meal. Clean and Comfortable: The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy after a day at the beach. Friendly Staff: Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and helpful, making check-in and our stay smooth. Quiet Area: Despite being close to the beach, the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to local shopping and dining. The convenience of walking everywhere made our stay even better!

My experience.

Budget stay which is fine and I was going to expect some potential downfalls. Mosquitos in the room. Room didn't have good air circulation and air quality was not good. There was no windows which was expected but there was also no way for the air to ventilate in and out of the room. Cleaners came in everyday and were hard workers, replaced towels and water. Front desk was ok. Nothing special but also no issues. Overall quality of the room was not great for me and changed hotels mid through the stay. Air quality was the main reason. Not complaining as it I know it was a lower priced place compared to most. Just giving my personal experience.
