Very terrible experience.
1. Requested the tourist tax receipt i paid at the property, they say i can get during checkout. During checkout i ask for it the front desk said they will send to me email. I asked again at the same night, he said he forgot and will send. After few days of waiting and communicating on phone still not able to give the receipt with minimal response. Very poor customer service!
As i am writing this, i am still waiting for the receipt for business claims.
2. Random calls when i was in the room alone from reception saying i was too loud and disturbing other guests, when i told them it was a mistake, no apologies at all, and just shut off the phone.
My second time here for business stay, definitely will not recommend my company people to stay here, as our office is just located next door.
