Bien qu’à notre arrivée la chambre était très propre, nous avons constaté que la climatisation n’était pas correctement installée et qu’un seau servant à récupérer l’eau était sur le balcon. La literie est confortable, mais le simple vitrage vous empêche de passer une nuit correcte, car il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue (tramway). Durant notre séjour, le ménage n’a pas été fait par le personnel et les serviettes de toilette nous ont été données par une gentille réceptionniste lorsque nous l’avons informée que le ménage n’avait toujours pas été fait. Résultat : le dernier jour, nous n’avions plus de papier toilette et, la réception étant fermée le matin, nous avons dû faire avec nos mouchoirs. De plus, le seau sur le balcon a débordé et nous avons dû nous-mêmes le vider à deux reprises. Quand nous avons informé la propriétaire de l’hôtel de ce désagrément, on nous a dit qu’il fallait que nous nous manifestions avant, alors que nous sommes rentrés tard la première soirée et que la réception était fermée à cette heure-ci, ainsi que le lendemain matin. Ce n’est que l’après-midi que nous avons pu leur en parler. Je trouve cela indigne d’un hôtel à ce tarif-là. Nous avons également demandé à la propriétaire de procéder à un remboursement partiel pour les frais de ménage non réalisés. Cela a été refusé, contre une remise de 20 % sur un prochain séjour, alors que nous n’avons pas l’intention de retourner à Milan. Je déconseille cet hôtel : le service client n’est pas du tout

Great stay, spacious room. Lovely location with a grocery store down the street that we took advantage of quite a few times during our trip. Only negatives were that we booked our room specifically for the balcony and it was smaller than it looked in photos and no chairs and check-in location felt odd and disconnected from the location - would describe it more as an apartment than a hotel.

Fine place to stay for one night - close to everything in the center of Milano. Pretty hard to find and poorly signpostet. Its not a hotel but a building with hotelrooms on 8.floor. Yet quiet and clean.

Good place for a short stay

The instructions on how to get to the place was very clear. As I arrived prior to check-in, they took my luggage so I could venture off and when the room was available, they brought my luggage to the room. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious. I really appreciated the bottles of water left for me in the refrigerator. The room was mostly clean however the wall behind the vanity was not. The room had no closets or drawers to put my clothes in. There were hangers on hooks and basically had to keep my clothes in the luggage cubes and kept on the desk. Since I was in town for only 2 nights, it was fine. Bed was comfortable and AC was appreciated in 37c weather.
