quarto deixa a desejar" Como foi minha primeira vez em Singapura e eu não conhecia a cidade, acabei escolhendo esse hotel. A localização é conveniente por ficar perto do metrô e de comércios, embora o bairro (Little India) seja bem louco e muito diferente do esperado. O quarto é pequeno e o banheiro não tem porta no box, molhando tudo a cada banho. Pelo conforto geral, é um hotel que eu não sei se recomendaria e muito provavelmente não voltaria.

This place is horrible. The bed was clean and comfortable but that’s all they have going for them! Luckily we only booked for 1 night between flights. The bathroom and shower was so disgusting that we didn’t even bother showering. And there’s no toilet paper. There was also a very gross looking empty glass water bottle all that looked like it had not been washed sitting next to the tea kettle. The place smells like mold and rancid oil.

Room was nice & clean. Bathroom was also clean. There's an Indian restaurant downstairs. On our floor was a water station 🚉 which was excellent. Well located & close to major shops & districts. Taxis run past the hotel. 2 min walk to Mustafa Centre which is open 24hrs. So many shops across the roads and around the hotels.

Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about my unacceptable experience at The Quay Hotel Singapore and to request a refund for my booking. The property was well below an acceptable standard. The advertised amenities were not available as expected, the towels in my room were soiled, and, most concerningly, my room key appeared to provide access to other rooms. This is a serious security and privacy concern. Furthermore, when I needed to amend my reservation, the hotel refused to honour my original booking rate. The rate for oct 10-11 was $179 and they charged me $250 I contacted Hotels.com for assistance, but no satisfactory resolution was provided. I feel I was treated unfairly and charged an unreasonable amount during the F1 period. The quality of the accommodation and the issues I experienced did not justify the price paid. As a Hotels.com customer, I expected better protection, support and accountability. I am extremely disappointed that my concerns were not resolved when I contacted your customer service team. I am requesting the following: A full refund, or an appropriate refund reflecting the unacceptable accommodation and service. A formal investigation into the hotel's refusal to honour my original rate. An investigation into the room key security issue. A written response explaining how Hotels.com intends to resolve this complaint. Please escalate this matter to your customer relations team and provide a clear response within 14

hotel is located very conveniently in Little India. very close to Mustafa and eateries. Room is decent size and clean. Price not too bad considering how expensive Singapore is.
