Excelente decoración, espacio para aparcar y con todo lo que puedes necesitar en la habitación: acondicionador, estufa, insecticida (no hizo falta pero en algún otro lo habríamos agradecido) y delante literal del Tessealed pavent

The rooms are very small, definitely not how they make it seem in the photos and made it a nightmare to take anything out of your bags. The rooms were clean. The one time I don’t bring my own toiletries, they haven’t refilled the body wash, my partner and I had to shower with no soap. Sarah at the restaurant spoke to me so rudely when we tried to book in at the restaurant at check in, I received a sigh and frustration on her end because we didn’t have a booking - we did not dine there. However, the lady at reception was really kind and warm. I was feeling unwell in the morning and they allowed us to check out 1 hour later, which was very thoughtful. Parking was easy to attain. The view was nice, but the rooms being as small as they were did not make up for it.

The room was cramped with no air conditioning and full of mosquitos. The lack of ventilation made sleep on a reasonably warm night difficult. There was no practical place to hang up a coat as the only hanging space was above the desk and kettle. There was no pictures on the wall at all and it looked very bleak house. The kettle had to be boiled on the floor as there was no sockets where it was located, creating a health and safety issue. There was no fan in the room. Chairs in the room were utilitarian and uncomfortable. To summarise we got a poor nights sleep and were bitten by the mosquitos, not a recipe for a happy customer. The room and experience represented poor value for money.

I was disappointed that I had booked an Ocean View room but ended up in a ground floor room with and ocean glimpse. You could say “why didn’t I say something?”. Well by the time I unloaded my motorcycle and put my kit in the room I couldn’t be bothered. This sort of stuff stays on my ‘never return to this hotel list’.

The proximity to the beach is fantastic and the views were lovely. The room was clean but dusty, spacious and good for a family however it is quite dated. They don't change towels for stays under three nights which is problematic when trying to keep four towels dry without proper hanging rails/hooks. The shower screen was very short which meant the bathroom floor was very wet all of the time. The kitchenette was great to be able to cook dinner and breakfasts as there aren't a lot of options nearby.

Fabulous location, with walks along the beaches and to the tessellated pavement. Short drives to many more viewpoints and attractions. The facility has a lot of history and is slated for a modern upgrade. Sure to be top of the line.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip down under. It was so good that we were very close to changing our plan to spend another night. Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the dining facilities. We loved the location (right next to the Tessellated Pavement) and hope to someday have the chance to come back. The room was upgraded for us and our view was amazing. There was a spa, washibg machine and beds were comfortable. The shower screen glass was tiny and every time we had a shower we had to spare 10 mins to clean up, but otherwise we loved the room and the staff. Dinner at the resturant was quite nice.

Carpet in room tired looking and needs to be replaced !! Curtains were coming off the rails at each end. Very understaffed on arrival . One person attending to reception, serving at the bar, clearing tables in the dining area and assigning guests to the seating in dining room.
