Very nice family-run hotel located conveniently at the entrance to El Tunco. Simple, clean rooms with refrigerator, A/C, and television. Hammocks and camping chairs provided to rest outside, as well as a communal kitchen.

Seems like a nice family. They are trying. Rooms are clean but very small. Top sheet stunk of body odour that was cheerfully replaced. Only one pillow per person. Only a two minute walk from the beach, but at the bottom of a hill where a trucks use their engine brakes to slow down all night. Worst was that the family keeps chickens behind the hotel and at three in the morning the rooster will start growing loudly. No hot water. This place would be good for a 20 something wanting to party. A 50s something wanting a relaxing stay will not find it here.

Staff was welcoming and polite. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and staff was more than helpful to accommodate us with a late check in. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely book again!

A disappointing stay. The place is right next to the highway so there is some noise and the walk to the beach is as long as it can be in El Tunco, which granted still isn´t terrible. I saw places right on the beach that looked nicer and were cheaper. Showers have no hot water. There is an angry dog on the property, Overall, there are just better options available.

Great location, walking distance to town and the bus. Room was very clean. Had a refrigerator and AC. There was a hammock outside on the porch. The backyard is simple with a picnic table and chairs and a small outdoor kitchen had fun watching the squirrels run back-and-forth in the morning

This is right when you enter this sweet little town of El Tunco, if you wanna have a big group, but separate rooms, the owner Sergio is super cool, you probably can get the entire sweet compound yourself. All the hook ups, and walking distance to everything.

The hotel was located close to the restaurants and shops of El Tunco, which was nice. Staff was friendly. The room was small but comfortable and clean. AC worked well. Only thing was the shower never had hot or warm water, and you could hear a rooster crowing starting around midnight.

The place is really cute, cozy, clean and quiet. We liked that the place was quiet so when you want to be able to stay in bed a bit more it's perfect. We had rent a car so the fact that they had a parking was perfect. Its well place and El literally in the perfect spot for El Tunco etc. It's a family own place, really welcoming and available if you have any question.
