Incompetent staff
This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Best hotel in Itajai
Clean rooms, nice facilities and very centrally located. Walking distance from all Itajai attractions. Close to restaurants and stores. Much better than Ibis in terms of location and installations. Decent quality of service.

Sandri Palace
The personnel where very helpful and very kind, but all the rooms look very old, in my floor, the carpet was being changed and there was no carpet, the queen size bed were formed with two individuals. I was there on October, seem all hotels where about preparing for the Southamerica Summer, so maybe when peak season come, rooms and public areas could be better. My host whom I visited, told me next time book in "Balneario area" far only about 15 mins form downtown.
