This is a very nice place. However, the entire time I was there, they only cleaned the room once and then they told me that I had to ask to have the room cleaned and they should’ve told me that right when I checked in other than that, it was great.

The hostel was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were tidy, bathrooms were regularly cleaned, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. A great stay overall.

Outside of the hotel didn’t feel very safe when I arrived at night - lots of people hanging around. The room I’d booked (women only) was not available so was moved into a different option. Room was very stale and dusty as had no window. Bathrooms were not clean. Aircon came on and Off throughout the night. The front desk were all very friendly, but I wanted to cancel my second night and they said only management can help with that. Management never responded to my requests.

I recently stayed at CoolDocks in Rotterdam and had a really enjoyable time. It’s a relatively new, modern hostel right in the heart of the city, which makes it super convenient for exploring the main sights, nightlife, shops and cafés, all within walking distance.

The AC was really loud and made it hard to sleep. The shower could’ve been cleaner too. Also, one of the top bunks was right under the room light, so if anyone turned it on, it shined straight into the bed.

Excellent value for money: a real hidden gem in downtown rotterdam! Clean room / pod, a good night rest and flexible check-in time. I don’t need more.

Good location. Friendly and efficiency staffs. Small but well functioned kitchen. Toilets and showers are always clean. It will be really perfect if the temperature of shower water can be 2-3 degrees higher.

You get what you pay for. The community kitchen was small and the trash was frequently not removed, so there were flies everywhere in the kitchen and I avoided it. I was woken up at 3am one night by a front desk attendant who insisted I was in the wrong bunk until I showed him my email/QR code proving I was in the right bunk. On the plus side, the pod was fairly cool even in the middle of a heat wave, I didn’t sweat at all at night which is unusual for me in hot environments.

J'ai adoré l'emplacement car il était si pratique dans le centre-ville. Personnel sympa. L'auberge a été ouverte cette année et l'intérieur est encore très récent. Nous pourrions dîner en bas au restaurant coréen.
