Will never stay at Ibis again.
The heather in the room didn’t work and I was cold all night. In the morning I waited 15 minutes with the water running waiting for hot water but there was no hot water. After I finished my shower my husband took a shower and he got hot water. The shower had mold. We had two towels, one was more gray than white and very old.

Una experiencia decepcionante Me hospedé en este hotel esperando al menos un nivel básico de limpieza y comodidad, pero me llevé una gran decepción. Desde el momento en que entré a la habitación, noté que las sábanas y las toallas estaban sucias, e incluso algunas toallas estaban rotas. Para empeorar la situación, había cabellos en el baño, lo que dejaba claro que la limpieza no es una prioridad en este lugar. Definitivamente, no es un hotel al que volvería ni recomendaría. La higiene es lo mínimo que se espera en un alojamiento, y aquí claramente no cumplen con ese estándar.
