Loved my window opening on the Yumesaki River, where I watched egrets fishing while eating my breakfast!

The room was more than adequate for my 2 week stay.
Their are a variety of free amenities including tea, tooth burst/paste and hair care products.
My only real complaint is the lack of a toilet brush, cleaning the toilet after use using the toilet paper isn't the best experience.

Cheap all around
Beds were no different than sleeping on the floor. Location was awful and far from train station. AC was broken. And bed had only one sheet and a single pillow. Staff greeted us quickly and politely though. Overall, would not recommend.

A motel with hard beds
Too far out for tourists to the centre of town, longish bus ride. And beds incredibly hard!

Small and just what you need.
Reasonably priced, easily reached by bus. The rooms were small but had everything you need, and check in was a breeze (someone elsewhere said the staff don't speak any English; this is not true). We were very happy with this place as an overnight to see Himeji. Save your money and stay here!

Clean, comfortable, excellent value.
Just a stopover on a cross-country trip, one adult and two kids. We had one double bed and a single that was converted from a sofabed, which worked great. The beds were pretty basic (not particularly cushy and I prefer firmer beds anyway) but just fine for our short stay. The location was a bit far from the kousoku (Himeji East IC) but traffic wasn't a problem. There is a McDonald's within easy walking distance which was great for the kids.
This hotel chain is such a good value that we'll probably be looking for their other locations when we travel.

Would stay again
Room was clean, got very warm with the sun aimed at my window but I just turned on the air conditioning. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I checked in after a family with a young child and was shocked to find in my room a flyer for the adult movies containing explicit pictures, and hoped that the same flyer was not in the family's room where their child could find it. Hotel neighbourhood was fine if you don't mind being out of the main city and a 20 minute walk from the nearest train stations. I had dinner at two different restaurants within walking distance and had good meals. Overall fine and would stay again.

Budget hotel
Good value for money. Located on a quiet area, a bus ride away from Central Himeji. It has internet both in the lobby area and in the rooms.

Himeji castle
This is a good hotel to stay in if you have a car and want to visit himeji castle. Just drove from the hotel today's the castle and you'll find parking for your visit.
The staff were friendly and helped us find somewhere to eat when we arrived.

Nice hotel. A bit outside the central area, but a nice walk to the catle (1 hour) or a convenient 10 minute bus ride. Great location next to a river with jogging/cycling path

The Best Chisun Inn in Japan
I've stayed at quite a few Chisun Inn hotels in Japan and this one is the best. The rooms are bright and cheery. Free coffee in the morning. The staff are very nice and smile a lot. The only downer is the distance from the city centre. But if you have a bicycle or maybe grab a bus, you'll be there in 5 minutes. Great hotel and I'd stay there again for sure.
