Nicely located by the lake, great view and options to explore the surroundings One of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen!!! The multiple training areas really offer most bells and whistles one can ask for! Breakfast was great and plentyful, baked beans would be a nice add on though Economy rooms are rather like accommodation in a youth hostel: a bit worn, linoleum flooring in the main and bathroom; piping in the bathroom is exposed; rather functional than fancy which was a bit unexpected in a spa hotel Multiple saunas available but no relaxing/reclining areas to rest and read in between sauna sessions I would come back but opt for a better room. Also a relaxing area for the sauna is a must which I hope will be added in the near future.

Nice spa hotel with plenty of activities

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no proper air-conditioning. This is normally not an issue in Finland, but there happened to be very warm weather during our stay. The service was friendly and breakfast met our expectations. There is a nice spa in the hotel and many other indoor or outdoor activities available in the hotel and the surrounding area.

Kylpylähotelli on todella remontin tarpeessa. Näyttää siltä, ettei tiloja juuri ole uusittu 90-luvun jälkeen. Kylpylä on melko pieni eikä siellä ole porealtaita kuin ulkona. Huone oli hieman nuhjuinen, nahkatuolin päällinen oli viillelty ja verhot huonot/vanhat. Kylpyhuone oli melko siisti. Plussaa on henkilökunta, kaikki olivat mukavia ja avuliaita. Mutta Imatran kylpylän kuten muidenkin Suomen kylpylöiden täytyy uusia tilansa lähitulevaisuudessa.

Hinta/laatu-suhde loistava, kylpyläalue todella mukava ja monipuolinen, ystävällinen palvelu, ravintola hyvä, aukioloajat leveät, vaikka "hiljainen kausi". Ainoat huomauttamisen arvoiset olivat myyntipalvelu, joka oli hidas vastaamaan eikä kovin ystävällinen (verrattuna muuhun henkilökuntaan) ja allasosastolla muiden kylpijöiden jättämät "terveiset". Kivien väleistä ja altaan jokaisesta kolosta pienien roskien siivoaminen hankalaa, mutta laastarit ja nikotiinipussit aika inhottavia "löytöjä".

Kylpyläosasto on monipuolinen, saunavalikoima suppea. Ruuat olivat ihan ok. Huone aika karu, tuli mieleen seurakunnan leirikeskus rippikouluajoilta. Sinällään siisti, mutta kulunutta. Kaipaisi paikat jo uudistamista. Aivan ihanat maisemat ympäristössä, rauhallista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Todella mukava asiakaspalvelu. Tulimme myöhään ja saimme paremman huoneen kuin minkä olimme varanneet. Kylpylä aukee aikaisin aamulla niin kerkiää hyvin käydä ennen aamupalaa. Aamupalakin on 11 asti. Vahva suositus kylpylähotellista.
