Overall, we liked the hotel and its proximity to the center of Ragusa. The staff was wonderful and helped us arrange a visit to an olive oil mill, something that we had trouble finding on our own. Good variety of choices at the breakfast buffet. Great place to stay.

Worth Every Penny!
Every staff member was friendly and extremely helpful! Although we had a hard time finding the hotel in the dark, once we had directions from the staff we made it to this incredible hotel built into the cliff. They also arranged a ride for us from Ragusa to Pozzallo where we were departing Sicily by boat to Malta. In addition to the amazing staff, the breakfast was superb and the fifth floor exit to explore the city centre made for a delightful trip!

Easy to find. Parking is on the street nearby, we didnt have to pay but i would think in busier times the free parking would fill up then you would have to park in pay zone. Nice bright room. Good breakfast included. Close to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet.

Excellent stay in Ragusa Ibla. From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was perfect! Staff were hospitable and helpful. Room was a good size with a big patio with view. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Easy to park on the street and take elevator to reception- but you do need to carry suitcases up a ramp. Then another elevator to street access and only a few steps to main square. Loved the hotel!

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. This time I stayed in the annex. The room is very well appointed, cleverly hewn out in a rock face. I had a little secluded patio to myselfAs before the staff on reception were brilliant. Sofia deserves special mention, so friendly and thoroughly professional and attentive. Likewise Francesco both on arrival and at breakfast next morning. The breakfast is outstanding. Well done to the team at San Giorgio. Ottimo.
