the room was clean and modern, shower was a bit strange with just one piece of glass and no door to close. I will never understand allowing smoking in these places as it permeates everything. I am a non smoker with asthma and am sensitive to that odor and let me tell you it is present everywhere. AC was fine but again the cigarette smoke affects the air quality. frankly I could not stand to be in the casino due to what I have already said so I can not say it was good or bad. the staff was non existent basically.

The staff was horrible I visited the Wow show inside the Rio hotel and casino and was approached aggressively by one of the security guards about my meta glasses. I made a report with Hotel security supervisor. He did apologize to me and my daughter that we had to experience such rude and aggressive behavior from a security staff member but the damage was already done. My daughter was already upset and crying from the incident and I was already embarrassed and made to feel like a criminal over some glasses. Mind you my tickets were $300 for this show! Never again 😔

The room was nice and clean and so roomy! We didn't have a strip view, but our view from our room was still incredible! The ac was a bit on the laggy side, but it still kept our room cool! Over all the stay was fantastic, and we will be staying at the Rio again!

It was alright, except for the fact that you didn't tell me entire cost, which I found out when I got to the check-in desk was $200 more than what your app showed me. I was only able to stay one night, and couldn't afford the second night because of you not telling me the full price. And I'm still waiting on my deposit to be returned to my bank account. But, the hotel itself was fantastic, otherwise.

They over charged me for the rooms I already paid for, they charged again, then my wallet was stolen from the casino floor and the staff was extremely unhelpful. I booked suites for our family, and one of the rooms couch bed didn’t even work, and the other rooms didn’t have any extra blankets or sheets for that room so we had to wait 45min on hold to order more. Worst hotel ever.
