Stay was comfortable for the price. Not well maintained, staff was rude, had air and heat. Has kitchen just make sure you bring pots and pans and any utensils you will no. None in the room. It isn’t pretty outside but the rooms are clean. Just know you will be sharing hotel with tenants that stay there all the time. It is pet friendly. Stay was ok but we will never stay there again.

Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that.

Worst experience ever. Room smelled so bad like someone had died in. Everything was dirty, run down, unsafe Told front desk asked for a refund but they wouldn't give one. Just ended up leaving.

Don’t…unless you plan on being sent to a different motel. We get there at 9ish to the address listed aka the place we booked the room at and when we walk in we immediately sensed it was off…took forever to find the room and “check us in” only to be told there were no rooms left…I had pre paid and booked the room a week before…they did send us to a different location 20 mins down the road at no cost so I guess it’s okay but why even let us book the room then get sent 20 minutes away after driving all day….the young man at the first location was a little rude but the lady at the second location was very helpful and kind. Just beware, you get what you pay for I understand but jeez when you book a room you’d think you’d have the room … just beware. The room we ended up getting was clean, but no blanket just a sheet and the people are a little sketch but hey…cheapest around so what can you expect.

Do not stay here!! I booked for 4 days and stayed only 1 night. Awful, this is for someone that is down on their luck and need a place to stay. Black mold on the back of front door, food dried on bed spread, black shoe prints on the shower curtain and dirt in the shower drain. Smells of cigarette smoke and kids running around after 10pm.

My ECSC weekend trip

It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Virginia Beach for ECSC weekend, but it was worth the trip. The room and amenities were great.

The room was disgusting. It was the most disgusting and infested place I've ever stepped foot in. It took about 5 minutes for the bugs to show up and it smelled like drugs. The staff didn't help and said to contact Expedia for a refund which I still have not received 10 days later... This place was a Zero.

The room did not have a kitchen. Tha tv did not work. The people in the room beside ours argued all night so we went out and slept in the car. We went and got our money back for the second night. We will not stay there again.

Very friendly great customer service, room smelled great nice and clean . My stay was relaxing and peaceful. I would stay again and I would recommended guest stay here. Also have a store as convenience for the guest.
