It was very poor and not what i expected i didn't even stay there fir an hour trying calling no one could answer my call horrible such a bad experience just stealing money from people i want a refund because i didn't stay there .

Unless you are absolutely desperate, DO NOT SLEEP HERE! The front door was not secure (looked like it had been kicked open) My room door was not locked. Carpets from the front door to the room on the 1st floor were very dirty and stained. There is no parking nearby. I have slept in some dodgy places, but this place, I walked out and found another hotel to sleep in. I would give this NO STARS if I could.

Bathrooms weren't terrible clean. Rooms were hot with tiny windows. Couldn't get i to my room and called, said they'd send so.eone out and call me when there. 40 minutes later called again and was helped over the phone.. no one arrived or called. Wandered around for ages trying to find the entrance, e entually found a fire es ape that was open and just walked in. The main door is actually numbered no 3.. thought this was a room.. no signs saying Brookval guest house.

Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed up. Furthermore, the bathroom had only cold water and no toiletries were provided, other than toilet paper. To make matters worse, because it was raining and the window frames were not sealed, water from the gutters was pouring straight onto a tin surface. The noise was so loud that it was impossible to get to sleep.
