Staff where really helpful, Breakfast was great but overall I think saltburn hotel drops more between hotel and hostel but for the price well worth it.

Room was clean, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, cooked to order, with cereal as options, nice sea view from the room we were in, rest of the hotel was tired but that's understandable in these times, nice coastal walks on the doorstep, limited on site parking but plenty of free parking on the road outside the hotel

Stayed here for 1 night the room was clean and the staff were friendly its a beautiful building although a little dated The breakfast was nice the bar was closed because of the time of year but would definitely stay again

Parking appeared to only be on the road outside. However, the booking suggested a continental breakfast, and it was actually a fantastic full English. High quality food for the price, and a fantastic surprise.

Plenty of unrestricted roadside parking opposite the hotel. Room was clean and staff were welcoming. Location was perfects as it's virtually on the seafront of this quiet seaside town with its clifftop views and funicular railway down to the pier. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money.

Parking available on the main road outside the hotel. Nice English cooked breakfast included. My room had issues with regulating the heat of the shower so brought it to the manager's attention on departure. Rooms safe and secure with a night entrance around the side of the building if needed.

Parking was on the street, but fine. The room was warm, the bed comfortable but the bathroom lacked anywhere to hang a towel. Breakfast was generous and tasty for any cooked requests but basic for a plain breakfast. The garden areas were very tidy and well kept. Would happily stay again, good value for a short stay. No evening meals.

The stay was enjoyable, very polite and helpful staff, the room was spotless, the only downside was the bed was too small as we are use to a large bed at home, but that would be our only negative.

A wonderful place to stay. The room and hotel was clean and fresh. The outside of the building could do with a little fixing up but don't let that stop U staying here. Staff are wonderful and helpful. We will be back.

Good value compared to other hotels in atea

Great value helpful hard working staff, and a very hot and good Full English breakfast. The staff were very good , but I think if they had a hotel uniform, it would lift the hotel up a level.

Although it was an old building you could tell they have beem refurbished it. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were brilliant from start to finish. The room was a little small but had everything you need even a hairdryer. Would love to come back and I'm sure we shall.

Basic but value for money

Hotel is basic but clean. Room was nice and clean. Shower was on the hot side, even with the temperature turned to its lowest. Breakfast was cooked great. Overall I would say value for money.
