We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the bed/pillows were super comfy. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was perfect to the Tower of London, plus many shops and restaurants.

The stuff supporting is awful, not helpful at all, neglected and sometimes totally rude. The location is pretty convenient. But unfortunately I won’t come back. There are a lot of hotels in the nearby where the staff is nice, friendly, helpful and with excellent good manners

Location near the financial district central to everything. Our room was the barrier free so it was very big. We were in a corner location so was nice to have a view on both sides. Excellent breakfast. Perfect for 4 night stay. We would go back!

The hotel is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. Despite being central, it’s wonderfully peaceful at night. Breakfast is fresh, generous, and excellent value.
