Poor customer service
I asked for a first floor room because my son had just gotten out of the hospital and had stitches in his legs. They said there was nothing available. For the 2 nights we stayed, the first floor had multiple rooms vacant. The windows were open so we could clearly see. Continental breakfast was coffee and honeybuns.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, only complaints are the mini fridge mad a loud rattle sound if plugged in and there was no “do not disturb” signs to put on the door so were woken up by cleaning lady every day before we were awake (we told her we’d be fine til we left in three days). But very clean and quiet otherwise. I would bring your own pillows for sure

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend and absolutely loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly and the amenities were very decent for the area. Also, our hotel room was very clean and comfortable during our stay! We were both very pleased and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Disappointed
It was very difficult to lock and unlock the door. After getting settled the TV did not work. We called Kevin had to come and try to get it working. Took him nearly 30 minutes to reset then restart the tv. We were hoping for a continental breakfast and I call at 9:45 only to be told breakfast is over at 9:30. Another disappointment. I walk up to get coffee and return to the room that I’m unable to enter because they closed it on us. Had to walk back to the front desk and she did something to allow us back in. Lots of our time wasted on things malfunctioning.
