Very dissapointed
Unfriendly staff gave me the key from the room and did not explain that I can use the double bed so I felt I had to use the small single bed in the room which was uncomfortable. Also it is said on the add that there is coffee and tea included in the price and in the morning I was told I have to pay to make myself a coffee. As a whole for the high price I paid, it was very very poor service.

Sleeping in a sauna
Couldn’t turn down radiator (which was pretty much on full blast) in our room, and couldn’t open window because room was on a busy and loud street, so it was like sleeping in a sauna, one of the worst nights I’ve ever had. Not sure of other rooms, but not worth the risk I’d say. Staff and bathrooms just okayish

Decent for a night
I had a bad first impression because the staff were difficult to communicate with both in English and Italian. I came in during check in hours but they still made me wait 40 minutes to get into the room for cleaning. I sat in a separate room and they completely forgot about me until I asked if I could go in. However, the room and bathrooms were clean. They do not provide keys and have staff sleeping on site, so when I came home late that night I had to ring and wait for a few minutes. Good location close to the train and metro. Not awful for the one night.

Good Location and Low price
My stay in Milan is due to an accident about i miss the bus and the train was fully booked. So i searched for accommodation near train station and found this hostel with a nice price and good location. of course I cant judge this hostel with high standard given the super low price and good location. The best about this hostel is about privacy, everyone have their own room instead of 8-bed dormitory. I would recommend this to budget traveler.

I book a bed in a 5-bed mix dorm and was given a bed in a twin room. Sounds good, right? but it turned out in late night that another guest was a guy. So I asked them to change the room. I'm ok if I was put in a mix dorm which hosts more than 2 persons, but not with a stranger guy in twin room. Plus, there were 2 bathrooms for all guests. The bedroom cannot be locked (I've asked for the key but the staff said they won't give out one, or if they give me, I shouldn't lock it so the another guest can get inside.) and there were no lockers at all. The staff seems not really understand how to run a hostel. I'd suggest to change the type of this property to a guesthouse, so the guests would have better suitable expectation of things they would get. Price were Ok by the way, they don't provide breakfast though.

Everything as mentioned. WiFi kept cutting off but otherwise ok. Just hope all hostels provide a small torch to late coming guests so they can go through the room to find their bed and browse through their luggage without having to switch on the light and waking everyone up Just a suggestion.

5mins walk from train stn
The showers water was a little strange as the temp of the showers kept changing. Almost burnt myself at times despite it's kept between hot and cold. The room door cant be locked though.
