The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall.
Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish.
The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful.

This is a wonderful new hotel just off the toll exit in Simpang Pulai. Modern simple decor, very clean and comfortable room with basic amenities and a 5 star bed and a balcony!! Will definitely stay here again.
Only negative side is while it rained very heavily for many hours in the afternoon ..the sound of the rain beating the on the rooftop was extremely loud.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe room which has windows that open - a definite bonus and well worth paying the extra, the standard rooms are in the interior of the hotel and don't have windows - but this may not be a problem for some people.
Our room faced the front of the hotel and was extremely comfortable, the beds were of a premium brand and you really tell as we had a great nights sleep; the bathroom is very...

The hotel was beautiful and we loved the decking and the fish. Staff were very friendly and packed us a breakfast for our trip up to Cameron Highlands. The hotel only offers breakfast there is no food in the evening or a bar. The town is around the corner about a 5 min walk which had plenty to choose from so the location was perfect.

Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience but often comes with steeper costs. For more affordable rates, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, balancing price with ease of access to the places you plan to visit.
