This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed

Walked passed it a few times did not see the entrance at all, no one was in reception I called the number they said they did not have my reservation even though I had confirmation and a message asking what time arriving ? The room was comfortable but the toilet button was broken, no one was on reception for two days, there's no handrail on the stairs and the place smelt of oil

O check in é às 15:00, cheguei mais de 15:30 e tive que esperar por um quarto . Quarto mal limpo , pareceu que foi limpo às pressas , banheiro sujo , água da torneira do banheiro um fiozinho só , para lavar a mão /rosto tinha que usar o chuveiro pq a torneira da pia não saia água suficiente. Não tinha um cabide no armário sequer ! Frigobar não funcionava ! Quarto dava para uma rua super barulhenta com barzinhos e música alta ! Não fica ninguém no hotel depois de certo horário, não conseguiram me ajudar a pedir um táxi para a estação ! Uma moça loira que aparentemente estava a cobrir alguém na recepção, mal humorada , grossa , enfim, experiência terrível !

There was absolutely nothing to like, except for the location. Which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were faced by the person running the hotel with the statement "This stay has not been paid for, your credit card company declined the payment." Not true, of course, the stay was pre-paid through Expedia. We were then shown the room that we apparently booked - a room with a single window opening into the ventilation shaft, full of pigeons and pigeon increment. So we decided to change the room and paid extra for a better room. Next, we were supposed to have free breakfast included. But, this hotel DOES NOT serve breakfast at all. Next, we were supposed to get FREE PARKING. But, the hotel DOES NOT have any parking spaces and there is no discount in the nearby public garage for hotel guests. The guy claimed that there is discount for hotel guest, but the actual cost was less than what he told us the cost is after discount (which does not exist). We stayed for three nights and did not have the room cleaned at all. In the room there were load of light fixings, but most of them do not have bulbs! Expedia should have a better quality control over properties offered on its website. This one is simply not acceptable and should not be listed at Expedia web site in the first place. Admittedly, this is our first ever problem with Expedia booking and they have promised to refund the extra costs incurred by us.

I never write reviews but the owners of this place shouldn’t bother running a hotel business because they clearly don’t care. Avoid staying here. Check-in took nearly an hour. They didn’t know how to register me because I booked through hotels.com instead of rival sites. They lied to me and told them “all of Europe” city tax is cash only (I’m European) and only accepted card payment when I called them out on their lie. They “upgraded” my room for the trouble, to a room with broken/no air conditioning because they clearly haven’t maintained their facilities in years. On day two, I put a sign on my door to “make up my room” and when I came back in the evening it wasn’t done because nobody had bothered to walk around the building all day and check. There was constantly nobody sat on reception and was forced to call them on WhatsApp if I wanted to speak to them throughout my stay. I called them and asked to book me a taxi and their response was “you can just walk or get an app”. The people who run this place are the very epitome of unprofessional and “can’t be bothered”. Their idea of customer service is offering you coffee, beer or water when they see you and that’s it. Also on a side note; if the street outside isn’t busy I.e early morning (5am) and you try to walk out the hotel reception, street dogs will try and attack/chase you. Narrowly avoided getting bitten thanks to knowing what to do in that situation. Save your peace of mind and book somewhere else.

The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. Thinking it was a temporary location until I could find where "parking included" was located. Apparently it is NOT included and I had to pay for overnight parking. Not a huge problem but misleading at best and there is nothing to prepare you for where to park your car to even check in - which is the lot. As for the location - the room was clean and quiet - but the door into the hotel and the lobby have clearly seen better days.
