Our stay at Passport Sapporo Ryokan Hongdae was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The ryokan itself offers such a unique and memorable experience — a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.

Although it was a short stay of just one night, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Keep in mind that there are no power adapters provided so be sure to bring your own.

The best, most thoughtful and detailed and beautiful hotel at this price point. I felt like I was staying in a serene mountain resort that also maintained the comfortable atmosphere as if it was my apartment in Hongdae. The bedroom and bathroom are tastefully and elegantly decorated. The water bottles, self amenities in the lobby, and the luggage storage were all well appreciated details. Overall an impressive stay and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else while in Seoul. Thank you for an amazing home base for our trip!!

The property isn’t bad. It’s in the heart of Hongdae so nightlife is a 3 minute walk away. It is a hidden gem. The room was good but there isn’t really much else at this hotel. No food options, no onsen. The tub is nice but isn’t jetted. The walls are super thin so you can literally hear everything. I heard my neighbors all morning which was my only con. The staff was very friendly. I personally wouldn’t stay again as you can find better with more amenities elsewhere but it’s good if you plan on being out of your room majority of the time and just need a place to crash.

旅館位置很方便，10分鐘到地鐵站。剛好住在5樓，只有一戶，很安靜。房間也很乾淨，但房間佈局有點不方便。首先玄關很小，只能容納一個人穿鞋子。然後由房間去浴室和房間去浴池區域有梯級，容易絆倒。最後是没有分出水吧區域，只有一張小桌子，而雪櫃是放在浴室區的地下不是與桌子同一區。並者很可惜的是旅館內没有洗衣機和烘乾機，只能去附近洗衣店洗衣。

This place would definetly recive a 5 star if it werent for a complication we had durring the stay. The lock to our door did not work once we arrived and it continued like that for the whole stay. It bacame extreamly stressful and anoying after the first day. We got temporary solutions though we had to contact the host every time we went inside due to the malfunction. It would have been a lot nore apreciated if we got the key insted of the key card due to the card being the main problem. Most our time there revolved around getting the door fixed which was honestly not great. I get that these things happen, however it would have been more practical for everyone involved if we recived a key since the card did not want to work. It would have been nice to get some type of compensation due to the amount of complication this caused us. Besides all that the room was very nice and comfortable and hopefully for the next people staying there this wont happen again.
