The breakfast was awesome. Fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juices, and table service. No line buffet stuff. An undiscovered hotel fabulously located right in the middle of everything. The pool is.....perfect. 10 days and very happy 😊

What a great hotel everybody was so friendly and it’s about a five minute walk to the beach. Jorge was great and made me feel very welcome. Helped me get a company to help wash the clothes. The breakfast was OK but the coffee downstairs was delicious.

The room floors were dirty and the washroom was not cleaned, staff was nice but there was some communication problems. Location is difficult to find with two google map addresses so plan carefully, doesn’t look anything like the picture.

Hotel Zenyt is a good place for solo travelers. The location is good, not far from beach , 5th ave , Walmart and Mexican bus station ( not the tourist bus station on 5th) The free breakfast is fruit, eggs & coffee. The only complaint I have is they did not fill up the “two” kerig capsules each day. I stayed 3 nights and got tired of asking for coffee. I went to Walmart and bought my own

Todo bien, excepto la información acerca del desayuno ya que a la hora de contratar el hospedaje indicaba que estaba incluido y en el momento de querer tomarlo dijeron que no y que tenía un costo de 250 pesos, aún así, se intentó pagar el desayuno “incluido”en el momento pero no quisieron y dijeron que sólo se podía pagar todo lo que “incluía” por separado según los precios de la carta. No obstante, también en su carta del menú dice “Desayunos incluidos”sin indicar algún costo. En su restaurant coincidimos con dos huéspedes más en la misma situación que nosotros. Esto fue desagradable para nosotros ya que nos provocó pérdida de tiempo en intentar aclararlo y teníamos un vuelo que no nos permitía perder más tiempo buscando otra opción de desayuno. Uno de los motivos por los cuales se eligió este hotel fue precisamente por el desayuno ya que nos pareció práctico por el vuelo que teníamos a temprana hora. Mi estancia fue de sólo una noche.

Nice, new and modern hotel. About a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. The area was quieter and less touristy, but still right in Centro and walking distance to many areas. There were some nice local restaurants close to the hotel. We always felt safe walking in the area day or night. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant) were always friendly and helpful! A la carte breakfast was tasty and filling. Definitely a great small boutique hotel in Playa del Carmen that we would recommend and stay again!
