The hotel has only been open for two weeks, so they are still working out the kinks. Give them some time and it will be much better. As for now, rooms are not cleaned by 4 pm when check-in is supposed to start. The cleaning staff were working into the early evenings trying to get rooms ready, and they were complaining about being overloaded. The hotel sells soft drinks and beer but no wine. There’s no pool. The rooftop bar is unfinished. The elevators were not working during my check in process. They finally got one working. The next day a second elevator began working. The breakfast selection is not very good. For example, no bacon or fruit and the sweet roll selection was very limited. Eggs were the cheap stuff as was the OJ. The rooms are very nice. The valet staff for the cars were friendly. There was no one to help with luggage, though. The location is good with several restaurants within a very easy walk. They will work these problems out once construction is finished and the staff is trained.
