Waypoint was the perfect hotel stay. The best way to describe it is wonderfully efficent. The Japanese bathroom design is so good I will be enhancing my USA bathroom to mimic it. Toto brand bidet and walk-in shower/tub design blew me away with how smart it is. The hotel water pressure was better than any Marriott I have ever stayed at (platinum member). The English speaking hosts were always polite and helpful. If you’re staying in the Tsukiji or Ginza area, and want a peaceful home base, WAYPOINT is a no-brainer.

The hotel is new, everything looks modern and nice. The room was spacious enough, the beds were a bit uncomfortable though. Location is fine, you had to take the train for almost everything but the train is near by.

Fantastic hotel. Would recommend highly. We are a family of 4 2 adults and 2 young teenagers. The bunk bed set up was excellent. Very solid and very comfortable. The shower was warm and powerful. The laundry room was a bonus. As was the little selection of bowls plates and glasses in our room. Safe location to walk about.

The room was spacious and cleaned every 3 days which worked for us as a family of four with two young kids. Towels can be changed daily by placing the old ones outside your door. There’s a full size fridge with a freezer compartment which was useful.

Family of 4 stayed one night at this hotel before flight home. The hotel is in a good location, lots of restaurants near by and super close to train stations. A great location if you are flying in or out as there are direct trains to both airports. As far as the hotel goes, very well kept and friendly staff but for the price, I was disappointed. Zero amenities. Not even coffee. Pay laundry. We stayed at many cheaper hotels on our trip and had free in room laundry, full amenities such as any toiletry item you could think of, free coffee, pajamas, etc. this hotel offered nothing. They also charge if you want early or late check out. The beds are not great. A very thin mattress on a wood base. Better options out there to book.
