Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.Zu bemängeln habe ich aber ,daß das Hotel mit email nur in engl.Sprache sich gemeldet hat. Außerdem hatten wir Hotelzimmer gebucht aber wir hatten dann eine Apartment.Ohne vorheriger Absprache.Dies ist eigentlich nicht schlimm aber dadurch hatten wir ein viel längeren Weg zum Frühstück.ca.500m

Das Hotel wird nur runtergewirtschaftet

Erster Punkt Abzug für das nicht vorhandene Bad im Zimmer. Es gibt eine winzige Nasszelle mit Toilette und dusche. Das Waschbecken befindet sich direkt im Zimmer. D.h. wenn man zu zweit ist und der eine sich im "Bad" die Zähne putzt oder die Haare föhnt, hat der andere immer den Krach im Ohr. Finde ich nicht entspannend. Die Abendbrot zeiten waren immer genau vorgegeben. Wenn man sie ändern wollte wurde es im Papierkram übersehen. D.h. wenn man von einen Ausflug vielleicht etwas später kam als gedacht, wurde es gleich stressig die Essenszeit noch zu erreichen. Oder ist man früher zurück und hungrig, durfte man noch nicht essen gehen. Definitiv nicht entspannend im Urlaub. Und ansonsten wirtschaftet der Betreiber meiner Meinung nach das Hotel nur noch runter. Repariert wird nichts oder ersetzt wird nichts. Und der Betreiber maximiert Gewinne durch Billiglohnkräfte aus aller Herren Länder. Ich bezweifle, das diese überhaupt beim Hotel direkt angestellt sind und hier bei uns durch Subunternehmen diese unterhalb des Mindestlohns angestellt sind. Spührbar dadurch das ein Extrawunsch nach Eiswürfeln im Saft weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch verstanden wurde. Das team war auch aufgrund der Sprachen nicht Teamfähig. Wenn die Tassen und Gläser aus waren und man das Service Personal darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde sich umgedrecht das Personal in der Küche angebrüllt und sich dann wieder lächelnd zu mir umgedreht. Ein Moment des Frendschämen. Also meins ist das nicht!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass für eins der beiden gebuchten Zimmer ein früherer Check-in möglichwsr und kurzfristig noch ein Hund dazu gebucht werden konnte. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (große Auswahl an frischem Obst, verschiedene Eierspeisen, Käse, Wurst). Im Reisepreis ist der Eintritt ins hauseigene Erlebnisbad inkludiert. Wir konnten es nicht nutzen bedingt durch den kurzen Aufenthalt. Aber für Familienurlaub perfekt geeignet. Generell haben wir das Hotel als sehr kinderfreundlich empfunden. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, den Preis von 8€ pro Nacht empfinden wir als moderat. Ein großes Manko ist die Sauberkeit. Überall schmutzige Fenster und Böden. Im Zimmer war der Boden nicht gereinigt. Überall lagen Krümel und Sandkörner. Die Zimmer wirkten abgewohnt.

Fint hotel, vi kommer gerne igen.

Fantastisk hotel. Vi havde et stort og komfortabel værelse. Rengøringen kom forbi hver dag. God restaurant med dejlig mad. Badelandet fint med både indendørs- og udendørs pools. Badelandet trænger dig til en opdatering.

Für Familien super geeignet. Viele Angebote für Kinder. Die Splash Erlebniswelt ist das Highlight. Frühstück war gut und auch dort gab es extra Teller und Besteck für die kleinsten. Für Abendessen ohne Halbpension Stand das Bistro im Splash oder ein Italienisches Restaurant zur Verfügung. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber annehmbar. Die Sanitärobjekte könnten mal erneuert werden.

Lüftung von Staub verstopft. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl aber chaotischer Organisation. Schöne Anlage. Micky Mouse aus Kinderprogramm war mal auf dem Gelände und verschwand dann 10 min später (Frust bei Kindern). Indoor Spielplatz war gut für Kinder. Lüftungsanlage Indoorspielplatz bei 22 Grad bereits überfordert was zu unerträglichen Temperaturen führte. Zimmer ok. IPad mit Hotelinformationen war nicht am Strom und musste erst eingesteckt und geladen werden. Ebenso eine der Nachttischlampen war nicht am Strom.

Hyggeligt familie ophold

Fint sted i naturen med gode hygge muligheder med familien. Sengekomfort var middel. Ubehagelig seng at ligge på hvor man får ondt i ryggen af. Kunne være bedre Info til gæster burde være bedre da jeg hverken ved online bestilling eller ved indtjek blev informeret med betaling for parkering. Først da vi skulle tjekke ud blev der sagt betaling for parkering og det syntes jeg ikke om. Eftersom jeg sagde at vi ikke var informeret med det hverken ved online betaling eller ved indtjek, blev jeg tilbudt fri parkering

In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Mere dødt end forventet , kun en restaurant åben hvir vi kun kunne få buffet og først en time før den lukkede. Resortet var lidt mere dødt og slidt visse steder end forventet. Men et skønt værelse. Og ungerne mød vandlandet. Underlugt man ikke påtaler patkeri gsgebyr men bare sætter det på. Generelt er mange ting lidt indforståede.

Wir hatten jede Menge spaß, alles war gut viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für die Kinder war die Therme und der Indoorspielplatz genau das richtige. Würde wieder hingehen 🙂

Perfekt för familj med nästan 100m2 3rum. Riktigt bra badhus för barn som ingår i vistelse hur mkt man vill mellan 10-21.00! Ligger på en jättefin plats med hästar och ängar och möjlighet att hyra hästar. Lekhus för barn. Bra frukost. Minus för: Ingen AC på vårt stora rum iaf. Ingen städning men det behövdes inte och verkar som många tyska hotel gör så. Bara att be om det. Tråkigt barområde utan musik på kvällen. (Men stort). Ingen riktig laddning för elbilar. Alla grannar som röker 😃

Der indoor Spielplatz und das Schwimmbad war klasse . Denn man konnte bei langweile schnell was unternehmen oder nicht so berauschender Wetter …. Aber das Apartment 7276 war kritisch . Wir bekamen ein stockbett ,das für meine Kinder in diesem Alter nicht geeignet ist. Nach nachfrage eines Kinderbett , bekamen wir ein Reisebett mit einer durchlegene Matratze somit konnte mein Kind nicht richtig schlafen. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig als die Matratze vom stockbett auf den Boden zu legen !!! Außerdem ist das Apartment schmutzig und die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine katastrophal, brauchte sehr lange Zeit zum Brühen . Kühlschrank öffnete sich immer mal wieder von allein, also auch da defekt… Jalousien waren keine vorhanden, das heißt im Sommer um 4:00 Uhr war das Schlafzimmer hell beleuchtet. Merkwürdig das es nur die allen oberen Apartment betrifft!! Also drauf achten bei der Buchung , wenn man nicht bei Helligkeit schlafen kann. Für den Preis hätte ich was anderes erwartet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig nur der einzige Mango für mich war denn Kaffee mit einer Milch von 1.5 % zu trinken . Deshalb schmeckte mir der Kaffee nicht . Aber das ist Geschmacks Sache . Ich finde für diesen Preis würde man normalerweise mehr Sauberkeit und nicht so in den Jahren gekommene Möbel !!! Eine zweite Buchung würde von meiner Seite her nicht erfolgen.

Spaeter check in ab 17:00 Uhr ist unpraktisch in Kombination mit frühen check out um 10:00 Uhr. Wenn man Papierservietten nehmen möchte um etwas verschuetteten Saft vom Tisch aufzuwischen wird man gleich vom Personal sanktioniert.
